✶ I steered a backup-centric product evolution into a comprehensive cyber protection platform. This unlocks the possibility for Acronis customers to cut costs by up to 50%, instead of purchasing multiple point solutions from different vendors.

✶ Effectively led and expanded the product design team across two essential R&D centers in Singapore and Sofia. I started with a team of 4 designers, which now has 12 designers and 2 researchers.

✶ Successfully incorporated acquired companies' (Computicate, Remotix, 5nine, DeviceLock) functionalities into Acronis products, and assimilated their teams into existing design and R&D processes.
